Literally understood, the meaning of the cornerstone house is to place a series of large stones into the whole project at a special time node. These huge rocks are almost in a raw and rough state, and there are still traces of being mined from the ground.

The delicate lines and rhythm of the two-storey building are balanced by the black steel cladding on the exterior of the volumes and the natural split-faced stone. Black wood slats and steel handrails lead from the outside into the interior, and the use of natural wood, rose-colored metal and colorful soft furnishings inject warmth into the house.

The Cornerstone Residence itself is the perfect blend and balance of refined lifestyle and pristine design.
